Our 100% California Extra Virgin Olive Oil is typically ready for bottling in the first part of the new year, though availability begins in April. Once bottled, every 2L package has an 18-month expiration date, printed for your convenience. Our oils are stored in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks to ensure optimal quality before bottling.
