The oil has been cold-produced exclusively from olives harvested from the finest groves in Europe.
During the colder months, it is normal and natural for the olive oil to congeal during shipping, and this will not disturb the quality of the oil. Simply allow the congealed oil to rest at room temperature for 24 hours, and it will return to its normal state.
