Our Story Starts with Papa Vince, the cute old man on the label, who learned the art of making Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) as an apprentice for the Knight of De Stefani at the Medieval Castello of Rampinzeri in Santa Ninfa, Italy. Under the Knight's careful guidance, Papa Vince learned the SECRET ART of making what he used to call "Medicine Oil."

Since entering the USA market in 2013, the excitement from our customers has led us to expand our products beyond Extra Virgin Olive Oil, partnering with local artisans in Sicily to bring you the highest quality pastas, tomato sauces, vinegar, and sea salt, all made in Sicily by locals with local products.
