Our extra virgin olive oils are 100% Italian, produced from early-harvested olives on a single estate in the Puglia region. The Costabile brand was created decades ago by our grandparents, Nunzio and Giovanna, who were committed to quality and supported local farmers to ensure the best possible products. After over 50 years of operation, they were forced to shut down due to a devastating earthquake.
Inspired by their mission, we, Angelo and Valentino Costabile, have revived the brand to bring real, natural foods to your table. Our goal is to make eating well accessible, regardless of your dietary preferences. All our products were used before the advent of grocery stores and are produced following traditional methods.
Sourced from Happy Olives
Our organic extra virgin olive oils are made from a blend of traditional Italian olive varieties: Leccino, Coratina, Frantoio, and Ogliarola. These olives are grown on century-old trees just miles away from the beautiful Ionic Sea coast of Puglia, where the purity of air and water helps them thrive.
Harvested at the peak of ripeness and gently processed, our olive oils are exceptionally high in polyphenols, with a content of 620 mg/Kg - nearly twice the average for extra virgin olive oils. This makes them a great addition to various diets, including Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, Keto, Mediterranean, Kosher, and Gluten-Free.

Our organic extra virgin olive oil is cold-extracted through modern milling techniques that preserve its organoleptic properties. It is then filtered to remove any sediments, particles, and leftover water, ensuring a clean, high-polyphenol product.
Packaged in dark glass bottles and sealed with anti-waste caps, our olive oils are protected from oxidation and UV light, keeping them at peak taste.
