Natura Viva Monte Etna: Organic Sicilian Olive Oil
Our organic olive oil has a medium fruity flavor that is well-rounded with a green tomato and almond finish. It has a delicate and mild herbaceous aroma and is jade green in color with gold-yellow reflections. This organic Sicilian olive oil is made with olives milled within 24 hours of being harvested by hand in November and December, continuously cold extracted, then allowed to settle and decanted naturally. The olives are grown using organic farming practices, avoiding synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and genetically modified organisms.
