Our extra virgin olive oils are 100% Italian and produced with early harvested olives from a single estate in the region of Puglia. The Costabile Brand was created decades ago by our grandparents Nunzio & Giovanna. Since the very beginning, they committed to quality and supported local farmers to adopt high standards so that people from around the world could taste the products of our land at their best. After more than 50 years of activity, due to a tremendous earthquake, they were forced to shut down. We created Costabile to bring their mission back to life.

Happy olives from century-old trees located along a few miles away from the beautiful coast of Puglia, on the Ionic Sea. Our olive oils use traditional Italian olive varieties: Leccino, Coratina, Frantoio and Ogliarola. They are high in polyphenols, with a 620 mg/Kg content, compared to the average 300 mg/Kg in extra virgin olive oils. Our organic EVOO is a great addition to any diet, including Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, Keto, Mediterranean, Kosher, Gluten-Free, and low Fodmap.

Our olives are harvested early when ripeness is optimal for high quality oil, using gentle techniques to maintain their flavor intact. Our polyphenol rich organic EVOO is cold extracted through modern milling techniques that preserve its organoleptic properties. The high polyphenol olive oil is then filtered through modern techniques to remove any sediments, olive particles and leftover water. The dark glass protects the oil from UV and keeps it at peak taste, while the anti-waste closure caps protect it from oxidation and allow you to serve the right amount.
