Atlas Olive Oils is a 4-generation family company with a long-standing tradition in olive oil production since 1887. We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality, organic, and sustainably sourced extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) exclusively from our own family farms.

We believe in innovation and developing new orchards using the most up-to-date cultivation systems, always with the utmost respect for the environment and people.

The harsh environment of the Moroccan desert, with its scorching summer temperatures and rocky soil, causes the olive trees to experience a "survival instinct" that results in the production of an extraordinary amount of polyphenols (antioxidants), including the highly beneficial compound hydroxytyrosol. This unique terroir gives our organic EVOO an exceptional, naturally rich profile in polyphenols.

Our integrated production process, from planting the olive groves to the mechanical and cold-pressing extraction methods, ensures the highest quality and sustainability. We grow a carefully selected blend of olive cultivars, including the French Picholine du Languedoc and Moroccan varieties, as well as the Spanish Arbequina and Arbossana, in the Marrakech region at an altitude of 390 meters.

The resulting organic EVOO is of premium quality, with a maximum acidity of 0.4% for our bicentenary orchard and 0.2% for our modern orchard. Our products are versatile and can be used for a wide range of culinary purposes, from salads and cooking to baking and desserts.
